Green means low oxalate at 5mg or less per serving. Orange means medium oxalate at more than 5mg and up to 10mg per serving. Red means high oxalate at more than 10mg per serving.
Oxalate content can vary by growing conditions, preparation methods, and food processing. Use the app as a general guide, not for precise medical calculations.
